Important Download Notice

Use a Windows laptop or Windows desktop device only. The Excel system is designed for Microsoft Excel on Windows, and the macros/buttons may not work properly on mobile phones, tablets, Mac, Excel Online, Google Sheets, or WPS Office.

Do not enter your download code using a mobile phone or unsupported device. The website will block non-Windows devices to prevent failed downloads and code issues.

Your download code is for one-time use only. Only one code is provided per product availment. Please enter your complete name correctly before proceeding.

MAPEH E-Class Record System is available for Elementary Grades 4–6 and Junior High School only. For Elementary Grades 2–3 and SSHS, MAPEH options will be hidden.

3. Customer Name

Preferably use CAPITAL LETTERS for your complete name. Make sure it is correct because it will reflect in all forms in your system and cannot be changed once submitted or downloaded.

4. Download Code

The code must match your selected level and product.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE OPENING YOUR FILE

Carefully follow all steps below. Most opening issues happen because customers skip the Extract, Unblock, and Enable Macros steps.

Enter your complete name using this format: GIVEN NAME, M.I., SURNAME. Preferably use capital letters because it will reflect in all forms in your system. Then choose your level and purchased system or bundle.

For Elementary, choose the correct grade group: SmartSIS Grades 2–3 or SmartSIS Grades 4–6. The Multi-Class Record System is one file for Grades 2–6. The MAPEH E-Class Record System is available for Elementary Grades 4–6 only. For SSHS, SmartSIS is currently for Grade 11 Advisory only. Grade 12 will be updated once implemented.

Enter the code given by the admin, then click Proceed and Download. Your code is for one-time use only, and only one code is provided per product availment.

If you availed a bundle or combination system: after downloading, right-click the ZIP file and choose Extract All first. Open the extracted folder. Do not open the Excel files directly from inside the ZIP file.

After extracting the files, right-click each Excel file one by one, choose Properties, check Unblock, then click Apply and OK. If you downloaded a bundle or combination, you must unblock every Excel file individually.

Open the Excel file in Microsoft Excel on Windows, then click Enable Editing if shown and click Enable Content / Enable Macros at the top so all buttons and automation will work properly.
