Terms, Payments & Refund Requests

Teacher website application · Last revised 18 October 2026

AcadMates PH is independent software for Philippine teachers. It is not operated, certified, or endorsed by DepEd. Operated by Noviemar Ursal; support and privacy contact: freelanceursal@gmail.com.

1. What the service includes

The AcadMates website provides supported grade-record, class, school-form and teacher-workspace functions. Features, supported print and download formats, and browser/device behavior vary by Key Stage. Offered levels are Grades 2–3, 4–6, Junior High School 7–10, and Strengthened Senior High School Grade 11 only. Grade 12 is not available in this version.

The service requires Internet for registration, account verification, paid entitlements and cloud-dependent functions. Never rely on one local or downloaded copy as the only backup.

2. Free trial

Teachers can request a 3-day (72-hour) trial by entering an eligible Gmail address, username and supported Key Stage in the website workspace. The trial requires no paid license key and does not automatically convert to paid access or make automatic charges. The trial is bound to the teacher account; selecting another Key Stage does not restart the trial. Data entered during the trial may persist beyond expiry, subject to the Privacy Policy.

3. Plans and prices

The currently documented in-app plan prices per one teacher and one Key Stage are ₱49 monthly (one calendar month), ₱299 yearly (12 months), and ₱499 lifetime (a one-time payment for continued access to the purchased Key Stage while the service is maintained). Each additional Key Stage requires its own entitlement. Product features may be improved or updated; lifetime access is not a warranty that the service will exist indefinitely.

These are the current advertised plan amounts. Confirm the price, selected Key Stage, and plan shown in the purchase interface before paying. Do not pay when the in-app checkout states that purchases are unavailable or when the price differs without clarifying with support.

4. Payment and activation

Payments are manually made using the instructions shown in the official purchase interface (currently GCash); teachers submit a payment reference and, where requested, a receipt. There are no automatic card charges or recurring auto-debits. Paid access starts or updates only after the operator verifies and approves payment. Do not share one-time security codes, passwords, or full license credentials with support.

Monthly or yearly renewals approved before expiry extend the existing entitlement; renewal after expiry begins upon approval. An approved lifetime upgrade replaces recurring expiry for the purchased Key Stage. Pending or rejected payment submissions do not by themselves provide paid access.

5. Refunds, corrections, and disputes

For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, unissued entitlement, activation problem, or request for a refund, email freelanceursal@gmail.com with your account email, selected Key Stage, transaction reference and a brief description. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or learner records. Requests are reviewed individually, with refunds and remedies handled in accordance with applicable Philippine consumer law and the facts of the transaction. No automatic or unconditional refund is promised.

For cancellation of future paid access, simply do not make another manual renewal payment. This does not by itself erase stored data. Contact support about account closure or deletion.

6. Teacher responsibilities

Use AcadMates only for records you are authorized to process. Schools and authorized teachers remain responsible for verifying grades, attendance, forms, and outputs before official use; software-assisted computations should be checked against current policies. Do not upload unnecessary student information, disclose shared links publicly, or provide credentials to unauthorized persons.

7. Data, privacy, and closure

See the Privacy Policy and Data & Privacy controls. Authenticated account closure is available through Data & Privacy after email verification and explicit confirmation. Successful verified closure disables the account and corresponding license entitlements and removes confirmed account-owned operational data covered by the connected services, but it does not guarantee complete erasure of all older records. A completion receipt may state Account closed — legacy cleanup pending: unidentified historical exports, unresolved shared copies, backups, legally retained records and files on other devices may remain. If cleanup is incomplete or further removal is requested, contact support as explained in the Privacy Policy. Deleting local browser data alone does not erase cloud copies.

8. Support and changes

For product access, billing, privacy, or technical issues email freelanceursal@gmail.com. The operator may update features or these terms; material changes should be communicated through the service. Service availability may be affected by provider outages or maintenance. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
