Is the trial really free?
The three-day trial does not require a license key. Purchases are separate and require payment verification.
Can I use it on my phone or tablet?
The website can be opened in supported modern browsers. Some detailed editing, printing and downloading workflows work best on a laptop or desktop; functionality varies by device and browser.
Do I need internet access?
Internet is needed to start or verify your account and use online services. Availability of saved offline records depends on completed setup and previously verified access; do not rely on an offline copy as your only backup.
Is AcadMates operated by DepEd?
No. AcadMates PH is an independent teacher-oriented software service, not an official DepEd application or an endorsement by DepEd.
What happens to my information?
Teachers should enter learner data only when authorized. Read the Privacy Policy and Data & privacy controls before adding records. Verified account closure is available in the Data & privacy controls. A completed closure can still have legacy cleanup pending for historical exports, shared copies, backups and records subject to retention. Contact privacy support for follow-up.
How much does it cost after the trial?
The current in-app plans for one Key Stage are ₱49 monthly, ₱299 yearly, or ₱499 one-time lifetime access. Payment is manual and verified before the account is upgraded.
